In 1968, the Group was originally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of textile and plastic household products in the domestic market in Hong Kong. Products included plastic tablecloths, shower curtains and kitchen and bathroom accessories.

In 1972, the Company began to export their products to foreign markets such as Germany, Netherlands, the United States of America, Canada and Australia.

The Company's business primarily operates in Shenzhen and Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China. The factories employ around 2,000 staff responsible for the design, manufacture and sales of plastic household products to distributors, designers and retailers. Most of the products are exported and sold to supermarkets and department stores such as Wal-mart, K-mart, Bed Bath and Beyond, Dollar General and Target in North America and Woolworth, Tedox and Edeka in Europe.
